**Position Overview**
As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through outbound and inbound calls. You will work with some of the most recognized companies in their industries, providing top-notch support to their customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients
* Conducting appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting
* Demonstrating a working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
* Developing product knowledge and adapting to a fast-changing environment
* Providing excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
* Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete
* Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
* Ownership of a computer at home (cannot be a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook)
* Webcam
* Internet access
* A dedicated desk/workstation in a quiet workspace
