Here are some of the key qualifications we're looking for: * **Exceptional Communication and Active Listening Skills**: You'll need to be able to build rapport with customers, handle difficult situations professionally, and navigate multiple systems with ease. * **Sales-Focused Mindset**: You'll need to have a proven ability to sell and upsell products/services while delivering excellent customer service. * **Customer Service Experience**: You'll need to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role, with a minimum of 6 months in a call center virtual setting. * **Availability and Flexibility**: You'll need to be available for 12 weeks of paid training, with consistent 8-hour shifts scheduled between Sunday and Saturday, 07:00AM – 01:00AM CST.
