**Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Compensation Recovery and Client Support**

**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for connecting with clients who have expressed interest in potential compensation for their injuries. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to provide top-notch service to our clients. This is a remote opportunity, and you will be working from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Connect with clients through an automated dialer, with the goal of speaking with 40-50 callers per day, of which 1-5 may qualify for compensation
* Utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts to ensure accurate and efficient communication with clients
* Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
* Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and assist with other projects as needed
* Self-troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues to ensure seamless communication with clients
**Requirements**
* 2+ years of experience in a call-center environment, with a strong background in sales-focused customer service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace
* Reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook), with 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, and a 1.2 GHz or faster CPU
* High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet)
* Reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired via USB (ex. gaming headset with mic/ Logitech G432)
* Ability to work 40+ hours per week, with flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a compensation recovery or client support environment
* Strong background in sales-focused customer service, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions

* Competitive hourly rate, with the potential for commissions and bonuses, resulting in a total compensation package of up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+)
