**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop and test solutions, and deploy them to production. You'll also be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends and insights, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and develop data-driven solutions that meet business needs
* Design, develop, and implement data models, databases, and data warehouses to support business intelligence and analytics
* Develop and maintain complex queries, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making
* Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
* Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and other team members
* Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
* 2-4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field
* Strong experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, Visual Basic for Applications, and SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
* Experience with development programming languages, such as ASP.NET, C#, and JavaScript
* Experience with database languages, such as Transact SQL and Oracle PLSQL
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
* Knowledge of Aetna systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
* Experience with Hadoop, Oracle, and other big data technologies
* Crystal Reporting experience preferred

* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
* Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
