Our commitment to social responsibility is evident in our Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program, which has distributed over eight million pairs of glasses to those in need worldwide. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be the face of blithequark, delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service through various channels, including email and live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations * Learning and utilizing our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships * Collaborating with teammates, management, and other departments through internal communication software * Identifying and implementing solutions to optimize the customer experience, ensuring every interaction is a positive one **Who You Are** We're seeking a self-starter with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our ideal candidate is: * A creative problem solver who thinks outside the box and continually seeks innovative solutions * A sensitive and skilled communicator who can adapt their tone and style to suit various audiences * Eager to learn new technology systems and procedures, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances * Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail * Proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows, with a preference for keyboard shortcuts * Able to work independently in a high-volume environment with limited supervision * Excited to represent blithequark and facilitate meaningful customer interactions **Requirements** To be considered for this role, you must: * Be available to attend a virtual two-week onboarding program via Google Meet video calls * Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise, suitable for fulfilling your shifts * Be able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT * Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season * Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router * Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) **Extra Credit** While not required, experience in customer service and working from home are highly valued. **About Our Company Culture** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a workplace where all employees can bring their authentic selves, feel engaged, and share their perspectives as valued members of our team.
