 - Providing verbal and email quotes to customers, communicating with vendors to confirm price and availability, and processing orders with vendors
 - Keeping track of backorders, following up with vendors and customers on ship dates, and preparing and reconciling monthly payments to vendors
 - Maintaining accurate records of past-due invoices and working with customers to resolve outstanding balances
