The Role
The primary responsibility of the Customer Experience Specialist is to provide outstanding support to our clients, ensuring that each interaction is personalized, timely, and effective. You will be the face of blithequark, helping customers understand our product, answering questions, clearing up doubts about our meals and service, and resolving day-to-day issues. As a critical member of our growing team, you will be expected to handle different cases that require time-sensitive responses, always maintaining a customer-obsessed attitude and a positive demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all inbound requests from customers and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Address time-sensitive issues, such as payments, account questions, delivery issues, or troubleshooting via email or chat
- Assist clients with any questions or concerns regarding their subscription, product, and service overall
- Escalate critical cases and exceptions to the CX Supervisor for proper follow-up
- Process orders, forms, applications, and general subscription requests
- Develop a deep expertise in our product, key differentiators, and the value it provides to our customers
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 3+ years of experience handling inbound customer issue resolution using email, phone, and/or chat
- An outstanding level of English (oral and written) and effective communication skills
- A customer-centric approach and a passion for helping people
- Excellent organizational skills, even under pressure
- A positive attitude, great people skills, and a willingness to go the extra mile for team members
- A strong focus on quality and empathy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of nutritional information and fine dining
Specific Requirements
We are looking for candidates who are available to work flexible schedules, including:
- Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
- Shifts: AM (6am - 3pm), PM (2pm to 11pm EST), or Late (5pm to 2am EST)
- Availability to work on public holidays (you'll be paid double your normal daily rate)
- Hybrid model - you will be required to attend our office on demand

What We Offer
