About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound phone calls, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License, with blithequark covering the costs of your time and materials.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative and managing your time effectively to meet performance targets and deliver results.
  • Maintain regular and timely attendance, ensuring that our customers receive uninterrupted support and service.
  • Demonstrate strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, adhering to ethical standards and making sound judgments in the best interests of our customers and the company.
  • Manage individual stress and composure, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and growth of the team.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A designated space and reliable internet capability to work from home, ensuring that you can maintain productivity and responsiveness in a remote work environment.
  • Able to pass a background check, demonstrating your integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office or G-Suite, leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance customer interactions.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an insurance or related industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving complex issues.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
