Key Responsibilities
- Resolve hardware, software, and user network issues over the phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to customers' technical problems.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, instant messages, and user tickets, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Assign work orders and incidents to the appropriate support teams and follow through to closure, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Respond to and diagnose issues through user conversations, including issue recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps, using your technical expertise to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
- Open tickets, access users remotely, and guide them in restoring normal operation of services as quickly as possible, minimizing the impact of IT failures on business and activities.
- Activate the Support Analyst in case remote guidance is not successful, register and archive the call, and maintain accurate records for performance evaluation and control.
- Summarize the number of services and consequences in a spreadsheet on a monthly basis and submit it to your superior for consideration, providing valuable insights into customer support trends and areas for improvement.
- Perform other duties related to the position, as directed by your superior, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes and procedures.
Requirements
