**Job Summary**
As a part-time Data Entry Specialist with blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our internal and external systems. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that their payroll information and personal employee data is up-to-date and accurate. This is a 3-4 month contract opportunity, with the potential to lead to a permanent position.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Enter data into internal and external systems with high accuracy and efficiency
* Load client employee payroll information and personal employee data into databases in a timely manner
* Update client and company level information, including delivery address changes and contact information updates
* Input State Unemployment Insurance rate changes to ensure the integrity of client taxes
* Collaborate with clients to ensure that their data is accurate and up-to-date
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
* Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
* Experience with data management and analysis
* Strong knowledge of data security protocols and confidentiality agreements
