We're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Care Associate - Home Service Chat Representative, you will be responsible for: * Assisting customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage * Explaining and upholding contract coverage to customers and/or contractors * Following up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved * Maintaining current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and completing required continuing education courses * May assume other duties as assigned **Key Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required * 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer service environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills * Computer literacy and proficiency in using various software applications * Ability to be on video call as required during working hours **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * Customer service experience and/or training * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with home service plans and/or home repair and maintenance industry **Essential Functions** * Ability to be on video call as required during working hours * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Compensation and Benefits** We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15 to $17 per hour, depending on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location. In addition to your base pay, you may be eligible for additional rewards and incentives.
