**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative/Lead Facilitator at blithequark, you will play a critical role in helping us locate and support individuals and families who have been injured or affected by loss. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Educating and engaging with clients affected by injuries or loss
* Guiding clients through the claims process
* Assisting in locating eligible individuals and families for support with collecting compensation
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A background in customer service or project support
* Proficiency with common tools like MS Word
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* A steady internet connection
* A flexible schedule with some overlap during the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
**Person Specification**
We are looking for individuals who have experience working with diverse populations, including:
* Civilian contractors from any country (U.S. citizenship not required)
* Wounded Iraqi and Afghanistan veterans
