**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our call center team in Florida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to individuals and families seeking access to healthcare services. This is a part-time role, requiring 25 hours of work per week, with flexible scheduling options available from 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday through Friday.

**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* **Assisting individuals and families gain access to healthcare services**: Provide exceptional customer service and support to individuals and families seeking access to healthcare services.
* **Reviewing and determining eligibility and enrollment on assigned workload**: Review and determine eligibility and enrollment for assigned workloads, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
* **Providing quality customer service and support**: Deliver exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
**Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
* **Team player with excellent communication skills**: Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

* **Minimum of two years' experience in the healthcare industry**: Possess a minimum of two years' experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of healthcare services and policies.
* **Minimum of one year eligibility experience preferred**: Possess a minimum of one year eligibility experience, with a strong understanding of eligibility and enrollment processes.
* **Understanding of FL Medicaid programs preferred**: Possess a strong understanding of FL Medicaid programs, with experience working with Medicaid populations.
* **Associates degree preferred**: Possess an associates degree or higher, with a strong foundation in healthcare or a related field.
* **Bilingual skills (Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred**: Possess strong bilingual skills in Spanish or Creole, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
