Job Summary As a Dispatch Call Center Agent - Overnight Shift, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers, dispatching technicians or resources to customers, and providing exceptional customer service with empathy and care. Key Responsibilities Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers daily, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Dispatch the proper technicians or resources to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Remain calm and composed in the face of potentially distressed customers, providing empathetic and caring support. Be on time each day, adhering to our high standards of attendance and punctuality. Provide customer service with empathy and care, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded. Ensure accurate and efficient data entry and word processing, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with colleagues and management to drive business results and achieve team goals. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: 1 year of call center experience (dispatch or customer service). Must have your own computer (desktop or laptop with a 4-core processor). Must have a wired USB headset with a microphone. Reliable and dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality. Experience with data entry and word processing. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency. Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude. Fluent in writing, reading, and speaking English. Preferred Qualifications: 2 monitors/screens (required for some projects). 2 years or more experience in a call center environment (sales or customer service). Experience in Salesforce, Hubspot, or other CRM, DialPad is a definite plus.
