**Key Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative with blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails
* Resolving customer issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintaining a friendly, empathetic tone and professional demeanor at all times
* Working independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
* Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers
**Schedule and Earnings**
We offer flexible work schedule options to suit your lifestyle, with the majority of work hours taking place during weekdays and daytime hours. Your earnings will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, with contract earnings up to $19 per hour. Additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics.

**Technology and Equipment Requirements**

* Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
* Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
* High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
* Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
* Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
* Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app
**Work Environment Requirements**

**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor with blithequark, you'll be responsible for your own taxes and benefits. You'll receive a contract outlining the terms of your agreement, which will include details on payment, working hours, and expectations.
