About the Role: Scheduling and Customer Services Agent

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions

  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients, ensuring a positive first impression and fostering long-term relationships
  • Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with clients, utilizing active listening skills to understand their needs and respond accordingly
  • Quickly determine the nature of objections and respond appropriately, utilizing persuasive communication skills to overcome obstacles and close sales
  • Proactively take action to resolve customer needs, applying problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless issue resolution
  • Improve skills through practice, applying new knowledge and skills quickly to maximize performance and drive results

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 4 years of sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of meeting individual and team goals. You should be results-driven, committed to sales and customer service excellence, and possess strong PC and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work in a technical workplace and adapt to new systems and tools.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Office experience in industries such as Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, or Handyman is highly desirable
  • Previous experience working in a virtual sales or customer service environment is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive results and achieve goals
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
