Key Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
• Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring that all operations are running smoothly
• Use technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, as well as to communicate with customers and team members
• Receive truck deliveries and ensure that all packages are properly processed and stored

Physical Requirements

In this role, you will be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You will also need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you may need to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and go up and down stairs (where applicable).
