We are now seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representatives in our Brooklyn office.
Job Overview
We are looking for exceptional listeners who are passionate about finding the right information and solving problems. As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting incoming calls from New York City residents, addressing their concerns, and providing professional and courteous assistance. Key Responsibilities
- Address incoming inquiries from NYC residents related to city-oriented issues, providing accurate and timely information in a professional and courteous manner
 - Maintain a professional demeanor with all customers, providing services with courtesy and patience, even in challenging situations
 - Create work orders, dispatch work to specific departments, respond to routine questions, and take and report complaints from customers
 - Direct requests to the appropriate department or agency for further action, ensuring seamless and efficient resolution
 - Build upon knowledge through product training, interactions with support staff, and quality assurance to enhance daily performance and call handling
 
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (working directly with customers solving problems); Associate degree, a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
 - Must be able to work onsite only at our Brooklyn, NY location
 - Bilingual in Spanish with strong command of the English Language, able to assist customers both in English and Spanish (training will be in English)
 - Professional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
 - Commitment to professionalism and a positive customer service experience, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
 - High level of computer proficiency and strong communication skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and tools
 - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, dealing with all types of customers and personalities, and willing to work evenings or overnight shifts with weekend schedule availability
