About the Position: Chat Support Associate The Chat Support Associate is responsible for engaging with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals to support them in their critical purchasing decisions and processes through the use of the Vetcove platform. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer experiences through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos. Your goal will be to ensure that every user has a positive and delightful experience on our platform, and that they can easily find the resources and support they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities: • Customer Support: Respond to user inquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a timely manner, providing solutions and troubleshooting issues as needed. • Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve technical issues, explaining scenarios and solutions in an easily digestible and effective manner. • Admin Responsibilities: Handle various daily and weekly admin tasks, such as proactive account management, item issue reports, item reviews, credit approvals, and more. • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to provide our engineering, partner, and corporate teams with information on feature requests and recommendations for enhancements to our tools. • Process Development: Help to continuously develop and expand processes in order to streamline support workflows and improve the overall user experience. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: • Relevant Experience: 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience. • Education: 2 Year Associates Degree or 4 Year College Degree. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Tech Literacy: Familiarity with technology and software applications. Preferred Qualifications: • Chat Support Experience: Experience in chat support or customer service is strongly preferred. • Tech/Start-up Experience: Tech/start-up work experience is a plus but not required. • Intercom Experience: Knowledge of intercom and/or experience with other chat platforms is strongly preferred.
