Part-Time Virtual Assistant for Customer Service
We’re hiring a bilingual Virtual Assistant (Spanish–English) to handle customer support for our Shopify store.
The ideal candidate is proactive, responsible, and organized, with experience managing customer messages and emails, tracking orders, and using Shopify.
This role will start with 2 hours per day during the first two weeks, then increase to 4–6 hours per day as order volume grows for the Christmas season. There is also potential for a long-term position after the holidays.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer messages and emails (in Spanish and English)
• Review orders in Shopify and follow up on shipments, refunds, or claims
• Maintain clear, kind, and professional communication with customers
• Ensure quick response times and a positive customer experience
Requirements:
• Native Spanish speaker with a good English level
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in customer service (preferably using Shopify)
• Good writing and grammar in Spanish
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Available in the afternoons between 2 PM and 6 PM (Miami/New York time)
What We Offer:
• Stable, flexible role with increased hours during November–December
• Start with 2 hours per day for the first two weeks, then 4–6 hours per day during the high season
• Hours may increase progressively depending on performance and order volume
• Hourly rate between $3 and $4 USD, with the possibility of an increase over time
