About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at blithequark. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will manage a small portfolio of blithequark’s largest, most complex global accounts. Your primary objective will be to build trusted relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure customers achieve measurable business outcomes. You will act as a strategic advisor and cross-functional liaison, deeply understanding customer needs, coaching them toward success, and continuously seeking insights to strengthen the partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic, global accounts, focusing on customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment with customer goals and objectives
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive product adoption, customer maturity, and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer-centric solutions
- Analyze complex data to uncover patterns, identify areas for improvement, and track success with precision
- Communicate complex concepts and technical details to both executive-level and non-technical audiences
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in customer success, adapting and learning new skills as needed
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5 to 10 years of B2B SaaS Customer Success experience, owning accountability for strategic-level, global customers
- A proven track record of customer retention and expansion, with a strong understanding of revenue models, KPIs, and financial metrics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, earn trust, and manage relationships across diverse customer profiles and internal teams
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, uncover patterns, and translate insights into actionable strategies
- A strategic problem-solver with a proactive mindset, comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity
- Business acumen, with the ability to align product functionality and adoption to broader business goals
- Customer advocacy, with a passion for advocating on behalf of customers, representing their interests, and influencing internal stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications will give you an edge:
- A strong technical background, with an in-depth understanding of Revenue Management and/or contract management software solutions, commercial functions, and processes, as well as IT project management fundamentals
- Experience as a thought leader in SaaS and/or Customer Success, with a proven track record of driving innovation and growth
- Proficiency in tools such as PowerBI, Gainsight, Salesforce, and Clari
- Native/C2 level English language skills, with French or German language skills being advantageous
