About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Tokyo, Japan, where you'll play a critical role in driving growth, satisfaction, and renewal rates among our Japanese customer base. As a trusted partner to our customers, you'll develop and maintain strong relationships, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that our customers are getting the most out of our products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, satisfaction, and renewal rates among our Japanese customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at our customer organizations
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services
- Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that our customers are getting the most out of our products and services
- Develop and deliver customized solutions to meet the unique needs and challenges of our customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
Essential Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions to customer challenges
- Proactive and results-driven approach, with a strong focus on driving growth, satisfaction, and renewal rates among our customer base
- Empathetic and customer-centric mindset, with a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of our customers
- Organized and efficient workflow, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent Japanese and business-level English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders

- Experience in the sports technology industry, with a strong understanding of the products and services that we offer
- Coaching or athletics background, with a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of our customers
- Growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and growth
- Previous sales experience, with a strong track record of driving growth and revenue in a sales or customer success role
- Experience with Salesforce (CRM) or similar software, with the ability to navigate and utilize our customer relationship management system

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of ¥3,937,500 - ¥6,562,500 JPY and on-target earnings of ¥5,625,000 - ¥9,375,000 JPY.
