                                Remote Customer Service Representative 
Shift One is currently looking for several Customer Service Representatives on first shift.  Available shifts: 
 	 Schedule A is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
 	 Schedule B is Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
 	 Schedule C is Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
 Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative 
 	 Answer and book incoming calls, emails, and other requests projecting a professional and memorable image to the customer
 	 Make outbound calls to book and confirm existing and potential customers to book the dispatch board to full capacity
 	 Selling services to consumers who call customer service. De-escalate situations involving customers, offering patient assistance and support
 	 Call clients and customers to inform them about the companys new products, services and policies
 	 Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
 	 Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items
 	 Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
 	 Help to train new employees and inform them about the companys customer management policies
 	 Prepare call performance reports. Manage call performance
 	 Maintain database by entering information on every call
 Requirements of the Customer Service Representative 
 	 Strong communication, both written and verbal
 	 Great active listening skills
 	 Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
 	 A patient and empathetic attitude
 	 Strong time management and organizational skills
 	 Adaptability and flexibility. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
 	 Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry
 	 Computer literacy. Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
 	 Expertise in the customer service area they focus in, such as accounts, sales, technical support or another area
 	 Ability to speak multiple languages, especially those common among callers
 Compensation for the Customer Service Representative 
 	 Starting base pay is $16.00 to 18.00 / hr., depending on schedule role
 	 Overtime is also available
 	 Weekly pay
 	 Paid Time Off (start accruing time immediately)
 	 7 Paid Federal Holidays and 1 Floating Holiday
