- Provide general virtual receptionist services to clients
- Utilize cloud-based technology to handle caller interactions using multiple screens

- Type detailed messages accurately and free of spelling and grammatical errors What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent people skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high call volume environment
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate computer systems effectively
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous work experience at a call center is a plus How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Previous administrative or clerical experience
