Customer Support Representative

The starting rate for this role is 4 USD per hour.
Job Responsibilities
?? Manage incoming email and chat tickets, including social media inquiries.
?? Anticipate that you will also be handling phone calls from customers.
?? Identify and assess customers?? needs to achieve satisfaction
?? Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
?? Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
?? Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
?? Take the extra mile to engage customers
?? At least 2 years of customer support experience
?? Impeccable English written skills
?? Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
?? Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of... characters
?? Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
?? Good listening skills and experience in note-taking
?? Proficiency with GSuite
System Requirements
?? At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
?? A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
?? Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
?? A webcam
?? Noise-canceling USB Headset
