Remote Customer Service Representative

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or in-person
• Maintain customer records by updating account information
• Handle customer orders, process returns, and exchanges
• Utilize phone etiquette to provide excellent service
• Conduct outbound calls for sales and follow-ups
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
Qualifications:
• Proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus

• Prior experience in customer service or related field preferred
ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer needs promptly
• Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
