Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and ensure follow-ups are completed in a timely manner

Requirements: ?? High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred ?? Strong written and verbal communication skills ?? Excellent typing speed and accuracy ?? Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously ?? Proficient in using live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools ?? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
