What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Plan, lead, and implement parenting, educational, and recreational activities for program participants
• Build positive relationships with each participant and their children
• Maintain and enforce agency policies and procedures to ensure youth rights and appropriate discipline
• Actively engage with participants to foster positive development
• Complete documentation in accordance with state licensing and funding requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 6 months experience in the human services or child welfare field
• High School Diploma or GED required, Associate's Degree preferred
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance
• Experience with computer software and Trauma Informed Care
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience working with pregnant and parenting populations
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
