What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Answer consumer inquiries regarding product information under the guidelines of DSHEA
• Document complaints accurately and handle refund and coupon processing
• Maintain knowledge of brand information, product descriptions, and promotions
• Assist with technical inquiries and complaint handling
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of Customer Service experience in a Call Center environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Empathetic, patient, and able to work under pressure

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Experience in a health and wellness-related industry
