Data Entry Specialist
Skyline Art is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position is critical in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our data systems, supporting our mission to enrich lives through the thoughtful integration of art into everyday spaces. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to manage large amounts of information efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into various systems and databases. Verify data accuracy and completeness. Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods. Data Management: Maintain and organize electronic and paper files as required. Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information. Generate and distribute reports as needed. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity. Collaborate with other team members to... resolve data inconsistencies. Implement improvements to data entry processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Communication: Communicate with team members to clarify data discrepancies and gather additional information. Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed.
Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management or related fields are a plus. Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry software. Basic understanding of databases and data management systems.
