Customer Service Representative (Part-Time/Remote)

NAMS is currently seeking a Part-Time, Call Center Customer Service Representative (20 hours per week) for its para-transit... transportation program call center. This position handles inbound and outbound calls while ensuring timely booking of trips for our valued customers. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must! Get to work from HOME every other week!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
??? Answering phones (incoming and outgoing calls)
??? Scheduling appointments for our customers
??? Addressing customer inquiries
??? Registering customers

Requirements: ??? Schedule is Monday-Friday 7:00AM ??? 11:00 AM ??? Comprehensive 4-6 week training done at the office before starting the hybrid 50/50 position. ??? Call center experience preferred ??? Customer service experience required ??? Must have the ability to have a workspace at home that meets remote work policies ??? Must have reliable internet at home ??? Must be willing to work at the office if unable to connect at home for >30 minutes ??? Punctual and reliable ??? Computer skills required ??? Great communication skills
