Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English and Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a phone switchboard, directing calls, and transferring them to the appropriate extensions.

Key Responsibilities: ??? Answer and manage incoming calls on the phone switchboard. ??? Direct calls to the appropriate extensions or departments. ??? Provide accurate information to callers when necessary. ??? Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. ??? Assist with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements: ??? Fully bilingual in English and Spanish. ??? Excellent communication skills. ??? Strong customer service orientation. ??? Positive attitude and willingness to learn. ??? No prior experience required.
