Responsibilities
?? Assist students and parents in resolving technical issues related to our education management platform
?? Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries through online chat
?? Guide customers through the registration and enrollment process
?? Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised during chat conversations
?? Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
?? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
?? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience
Requirements
?? Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
?? Proven experience in a customer service or support role
?? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
?? Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
?? Proficient in using chat support software and other communication tools
?? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
