UpMedical is seeking a dedicated Live Chat Specialist to join our team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while providing exceptional customer support through live chat. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to client inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner. • Identify and resolve client issues, escalating complex problems when necessary. • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions. • Accurately document client interactions. • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction. • Stay updated on Ponce Inlet Realty’s services, property listings, and market trends.
