What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations
• Follow approved scripts to ensure members understand the terms and respond to rebuttals professionally
• Meet daily productivity goals, including outbound dials and scheduled appointments
• Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed with members and providers
• Monitor performance metrics and report member complaints to management

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience required
• Experience in a metrics-driven outbound call center environment preferred
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and conversational demeanor
• Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule and work in a remote setting

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Previous experience with auto dialers and scripted calls is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume call environment
• Strong computer skills with the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
