#### Key Responsibilities: ?? **Calendar Management:** Efficiently organize and manage schedules. ?? **Inbox Management:** Prioritize and maintain organized email communications. ?? **Procedural Documentation:** Create and update detailed documentation of processes. ?? **Document Development:** Generate various documents to support business operations. ?? **Onboarding Assistance:** Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members. ?? **PowerPoint Creation:** Craft engaging presentations for internal and external use. ?? **Internet Research:** Conduct thorough research to gather relevant information.

Availability during regular business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday). ?? A complete home office setup including: ?? Computer with Microsoft Office 365 ?? High-speed Internet access ?? Smartphone with email capability ?? Computer with webcam

#### Additional Information:
?? This role is a 1099 contractor position.
?? Successful candidates will undergo a background check before contracting.
?? This position is not suited for individuals holding full-time jobs, as it requires availability during normal business hours.
