Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Virtual Speech Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing speech therapy services remotely and possess a deep understanding of various speech and language disorders. This role involves working with clients via telehealth platforms to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy.

Key Responsibilities: ?? Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders. ?? Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs. ?? Provide ongoing therapy sessions and monitor client progress. ?? Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. ?? Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. ?? Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in speech therapy and telehealth.

Qualifications: ?? Master??s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field. ?? Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. ?? Experience with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery. ?? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ?? Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. ?? Proficiency in using technology for virtual therapy sessions.

Preferred Qualifications: ?? Experience with specific speech and language disorders (e.g., articulation disorders, fluency disorders). ?? Certification in a specialized area of speech therapy. ?? Previous experience working in a virtual or remote setting.
