Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 5 PM to 10 PM EST

Responsibilities
?? Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
?? Provide accurate information about products and services
?? Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
?? Document customer interactions and feedback
?? Assist in troubleshooting technical issues
?? Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex issues
?? Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy
