What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Understanding and implementing inbound and outbound calling strategies
Handling overflow inbound service calls promptly and efficiently
Assisting customers with scheduling appointments and providing support
Collaborating with Service Managers to enhance the customer experience
Maintaining knowledge of dealership systems, technologies, marketing campaigns, and manufacturer updates
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Proficiency in phone and computer systems
Professional and courteous communication skills
Outgoing personality with the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Previous experience in call center and appointment setting roles
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities

Bilingual proficiency is a strong plus
