    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Answer incoming calls for assigned clinics and operate call center telephony platforms
  • Follow scheduling protocols and utilize critical thinking to address specific situations
  • Complete accurate patient scheduling for multiple clinics and medical groups
  • Validate and enter patient information, including demographics and insurance details
  • Monitor assigned boxes in EMR for communication from clinics
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 1+ years of business office experience in relevant areas such as billing, collections, or customer service
  • Additional education in business management or healthcare management may substitute for required experience on a one-for-one basis
  • Ability to adhere to policies and procedures
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication skills for interacting with patients and clinic staff
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 2+ years of business office experience in relevant areas
  • Additional education in business management or healthcare management
  • Experience with call center operations
  • Familiarity with EMR systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
