Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Proven customer service experience (preferred)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in basic computer applications and internet navigation
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred but not mandatory
Training will be provided to ensure you have the tools and knowledge required for success

Must pass a background check
Availability to attend mandatory training sessions
