Description


Concentrix is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team in California. This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish to successfully communicate with our diverse customer base. As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer service tasks, providing excellent support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Requirements


– Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal


– High school diploma or equivalent


– Strong communication and interpersonal skills


– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


– Basic computer literacy and typing skills


Responsibilities


– Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in both English and Spanish


– Provide information about products and services


– Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently


– Document all call information accurately


– Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met


– Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all interactions

Educational Qualifications


– High school diploma or GED required


– Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory


Experience


– Previous customer service or call center experience preferred, but not required


– Experience in handling bilingual calls is a plus
