Responsibilities
?? Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
?? Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability and customer specifications
?? Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves
?? Follow-up with customers both during and after their move to ensure satisfaction
?? Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues
?? Prepare move-related paperwork and documents
?? All other duties as assigned

Requirements
?? High school diploma or equivalent
?? A minimum of 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience required
?? Excellent customer service skills; friendly, positive voice, enjoys talking with others and assisting with their needs
?? Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
?? Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
?? Exceptional organization and time management skills
?? Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
?? Basic computer and keyboarding skills
?? Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to our company Core Values

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.90 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
