Responsibilities
Create and implement personalized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet each students unique needs.
Deliver engaging virtual instruction and provide ongoing support to students with special needs.
Collaborate closely with general education teachers, parents, and school administrators to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
Track and assess student progress, adapting strategies as needed to ensure success.
Keep accurate records and documentation to support student growth and compliance.
Qualifications
A Bachelors degree in Special Education.
A valid West Virginia teaching license with a Special Education endorsement.
Previous experience in virtual or distance learning environments is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency with technology.
A genuine passion for helping students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
