Responsibilities
Analyze and manage complex case files to ensure efficient and effective resolution.
Work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for clients.

Identify and address any barriers to case resolution.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.

Requirements
Proven experience in case management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in case management software and other relevant tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCM, ACM) are a plus.
