Your Key Responsibilities
?? Advise and Assist: Guide borrowers through the mortgage application process and advise them on financial status and payment methods.
?? Manage Applications: File loan applications and supporting documents accurately and efficiently.
?? Develop Networks: Build and nurture referral networks to find new loan prospects.
?? Resolve Issues: Address and resolve customer complaints with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

What We're Looking For
?? Experience: Previous experience in finance, banking, or a related field is required.
?? Skills: Strong analytical and mathematical abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
?? Client Relations: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
?? Language Skills (Optional): Bilingual in Korean and Chinese is a plus.
