About Us:
LB Handels GmbH & Co. KG is a leading retailer of mobile phone accessories, primarily serving the German end-customer market through platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, Otto, and others. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely from Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities: ?? Handle customer inquiries on various marketplaces using our ticket system. ?? Answer customer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner. ?? Process customer complaints, returns, and disputes efficiently and effectively. ?? Manage returns and ensure timely resolution of issues. ?? Work efficiently and solution-oriented to maintain high customer satisfaction. ?? Demonstrate intercultural understanding to effectively address and resolve problems for our predominantly German customers.

Requirements: ?? Proficiency in... German at a C1 level (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). ?? Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable. ?? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. ?? Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. ?? High degree of intercultural sensitivity and understanding. ?? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for handling phone calls and other tasks.
