Virtual Assistant / Project Manager for Start Up (Niche: Wellness / All Natural Products)

I'm seeking a talented and creative virtual assistant with strong project management skills to help manage a team of freelancers for my new venture focused on all-natural wellness and self-care products.

You don??t need to be an expert in everything listed; we can outsource tasks as needed. Your main responsibility will be managing these projects and ensuring timely, high-quality results... Therefore, you should be familiar and comfortable enough with these skills, in order to ensure high quality results, as well as appropriate pay for each project.

Key Responsibilities: ?? Hire and manage freelancers for specific tasks where you may not have expertise. ?? Oversee projects in areas such as: ?? Web design, development & copy ?? Branding (visuals and messaging) ?? Blog writing, copy & scheduling ?? Social media management/marketing ?? Email marketing campaigns ?? Hiring and managing freelancers to ensure timely and quality task completion ?? Excellent communication skills for prompt correspondence with freelancers ?? Budgeting and financial tracking, with a focus on smart spending without compromising quality (potential bonuses for savvy management)
