YOU HAVE:
?? A BA or BS degree. Candidates with advanced degrees, overseas teaching experience and TESOL/CELTA/TEFL certification preferred
?? Minimum of 3 years recent ADULT ESL teaching experience (online or in-person), including experience with CLT
?? MINIMUM availability of 10 hours per week between 1 PM to 9 PM PDT or 3 AM to 7 AM PDT AND FRIDAYS/WEEKENDS PDT
?? A typing speed of at least 55 wpm
?? Demonstrated experience using Zoom, Google classroom and Slack
?? A reliable and fast Internet connection and a professional, well-lit workspace
