Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Flexible schedule after training)

We are seeking motivated individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude to join the team as a Gun Drilling Machine Operator
This full-time, 1st shift position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: ?? Machine Operation: Load, monitor, and maintain gun drilling machines. ?? Inspection: Inspect parts during and after manufacturing to ensure they meet quality standards. ?? Maintenance: Perform general upkeep and maintenance of drilling machines to ensure optimal performance. ?? Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs, and be comfortable walking... bending, pushing, pulling, and standing/sitting for the duration of the shift. ?? Environment: Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high attention to detail.

Qualifications: ?? High School diploma or equivalent preferred. ?? Mechanically inclined with prior machine operator or gun drilling experience. ?? Ability to lift 25-50 lbs throughout an 8-10 hour shift. ?? Experience reading blueprints. ?? Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
